Stake.us rakeback explained: rate, formula and access
That distinction changes the numbers by a lot. A 10 SC play on a game with a 1% edge earns 0.0035 SC in rakeback, not 0.35 SC. The first figure comes directly from the example in Stake.us's help center.
The Stake.us rakeback formula
Play amount × game edge × 3.5% = rakeback
The game edge matters because each game has its own mathematical advantage. A game with a larger edge produces more rakeback on the same amount of play, but it also has a larger expected cost. More rakeback does not make a higher-edge game a better deal.
| Amount played | Game edge | Rakeback calculation | Rakeback |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 SC | 1% | 10 × 0.01 × 0.035 | 0.0035 SC |
| 1,000 SC | 1% | 1,000 × 0.01 × 0.035 | 0.35 SC |
| 1,000 SC | 5% | 1,000 × 0.05 × 0.035 | 1.75 SC |
How to unlock rakeback
Stake.us describes two activation routes:
- An account referred by a streamer or affiliate that Stake.us works with may receive rakeback automatically. If the feature does not appear, the help article tells customers to contact support.
- Rakeback is included at Bronze VIP. The current VIP page lists the Bronze threshold as 10,000 SC played or 20 billion GC played. Gold Coin and Stake Cash play combine toward VIP progress at a rate of 2 million GC to 1 SC.
We cannot promise that this site's referral link will activate rakeback on a particular account. Stake.us controls activation. Check Account > VIP > Rakeback after registration, and ask the operator's support team if the feature is missing.
21+ and eligible states only. Rakeback activation is controlled by Stake.us.
Where to find and claim it
Once Stake.us activates rakeback, the balance appears under Account > VIP > Rakeback. The official help article says the feature starts accumulating in the background from the time the account is created and play begins, even if activation happens later.
Rakeback is not affiliate commission
Player rakeback and affiliate commission are separate programs. Rakeback credits an eligible player's account based on the edge associated with that player's own activity. Affiliate commission credits a referrer for qualifying activity from referred accounts. The percentages are not interchangeable.
Is Stake.us rakeback worth it?
Rakeback is better than receiving nothing on play you were already going to make, but the published rate is modest. It should not be a reason to play more, choose a higher-edge game, or chase a loss.
For a prospective customer, the useful comparison is whether competing sites offer a similar ongoing reward and whether you would use the platform without it. Our Stake.us review covers the rest of the product. Before registering, also check whether Stake.us is available in your state using our current state guide.
